Growing up I was never the stand out star on any of m sports teams - but I did receive the “Most Inspiration Award” more than I can count. And do you know why? I just loved to cheer and encourage others into their greatness! And I know there is greatness in all of us. Sometimes we just need the right tools and support to unlock it.

My Business Background

I grew to love small businesses and the FREEDOM that they bring from my very first job as a receptionist at a hair salon, Shear Image. I learned customer service, marketing and saw the owner Linda doing what she loved to do.

I went to University of Denver and got my BSBA in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. There I was on the event team and even ran homecoming weekend one year!

Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work for such customer service renowned companies such as Nordstrom, Disneyland Hotel, Marriott, Montage, Auberge du Soleil, Amy’s and learned from the best of the best and took note!

As a part of the Montage, Laguna Beach opening team I had the pleasure of serving as the Department Trainer for the Sales & Catering Teams and Front Desk Team. Throughout my time at Montage I had the pleasure of assisting in various Resort wide training classes - Employee Orientation, the WOW class, Listening & language and more.
